Take One Workshops

Take One Productions and Film School offer a range of workshops for schools. Our aim is to encourage all children of all ages to become more creative and have fun learning.

We want to work with schools to create a workshop that will entertain and educate children of all ages and abilities. Creativity has for too long been seen as 'unimportant' and our mission is to get the world to think outside the box, create and enjoy life. Starting with children, Take One want to help to shape the next generation.

We are currently in discussions with a number of agencies about the Creative Partnership's Initiative. Take One are registered with a number of areas within this scheme and would love to hear from schools who are looking to introduce creative elements into the curriculum. If there are any schools who need information about these partnerships and how to access the funding please contact me for further details.

We are currently working with secondary schools in Hull to produce the first Hull Schools Film Festival. Working with Connexions Hull and students from years 8 and 9 this has been a fantastic opportunity for children to create films about life and choices. The festival takes place in mid July.
